Instant Coconut Chutney


1 cup shredded dry coconut
1 cup coconut milk
4-5 green chilies (optional)
curry leaves
2 tablespoon Oil
2 red dry chilies
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon mustard seeds

Preparation Method:

1. Take a blender and add shredded coconut, coconut milk, green chilies, Salt and grind it to a fine paste.

2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and prepare for tempering.

3. Take a pan and heat it on medium heat. Now add oil to it and let the oil heat up.  You can now add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chilies and wait for mustard seeds to splutter.  Now
add this tempering to the coconut mixture and give it a gentle mix.

4. Serve with Dosa, Idlies , uttapam or with whatever you like, enjoy!!
