Dumplings or Momos

























Ingredients:

1 pack dumpling sheets

500g minced lamb

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, grated

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley or cilantro, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced lamb with the finely chopped onion, garlic, and ginger.

2. Add the cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the spices are evenly distributed.

3. Drizzle in the olive oil, then add the chopped parsley (or cilantro) and mint. Mix everything together until well combined.

4. Let the stuffing rest for about 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before using it to fill your dumpling wrappers.

This flavorful filling can be used for various types of dumplings, such as steamed, boiled, or fried. Enjoy!
