Master the omelette with our simple recipe then add the filling of your choice.
Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1 small size Chopped Onion
1 small size boiled potatoes
3-4 Chopped mushrooms
You can also use some more veggies of your choice like chilies, bell pepper/capsicum etc.
1 small size chopped tomatoes
Some shredded cheese
Sale to taste
Pepper powder or any other seasoning you like
1 teaspoon milk or water
1 teaspoon Oil or can use any oil spray or Butter
Preparation Method:
- Spray some oil or butter on a non sticky pan or a tawa.
- Add all the veggies except for boiled potatoes. Sauté them until they are tender and cooked
- While your veggies are cooking you can beat the eggs with milk/water
- Once veggies are done pour your egg mixture to the veggies and cook till the eggs are done.
- Now sprinkle salt and pepper as per taste.
- In the end after your omelet is cooked sprinkle shredded cheese and serve it fresh.
