Homemade Beer Battered Fish and chips

Golden and crispy beer-battered fish—perfectly seasoned and fried to perfection. A delicious treat that's sure to be a hit at any meal!




Ingredients:

  • 250 grams fish fillets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 ½ cups cold beer
  • 3 tablespoons baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

Preparation Method:

  1. Season the Fish: Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the fish fillets. Set aside to let the flavors infuse.
