Indian Chapati | Roti | Phulke



Ingredients:

Preparation Method:
  • Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough 
  • Leave it for atleast 30 minutes. 
  • Now roll the dough into a chapati/roti 
  • Heat tawa and place your chapati on it. 
  • Cook both the sides. If your dough is rolled well, your chapattis will puff up well. 
  • Serve hot with gravy, cury or any sabzi.
