 Bhel puri is a savory snack originally from India, and is also a type of chaat. It is made of puffed rice, crumbled crunchy puri, onions, coriander and tossed with chutneys: a coriander leaf chutney and a brown tangy tamarind chutney.




Ingredients
- Puffed rice (murmura) – 2 cups
- Papdi – 6 pieces (crushed)
- Roasted peanuts – 1 tbsp
- Sev – ½ cup
- Onion – ½ cup, finely chopped
- Boiled potato – ½ cup, diced
- Tomato – ½ cup, chopped
- Green chilli – 1, finely chopped
- Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp, chopped
- Lemon juice – ½ tbsp
- Tamarind chutney – 2 tsp
- Green chutney (mint-coriander) – 2 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Chaat masala – 1 tsp

Instructions
- Prepare the base: In a large mixing bowl, add puffed rice, crushed papdi, roasted peanuts, and sev.
- Add vegetables: Mix in boiled potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and green chilli.
- Season: Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, and chaat masala.
- Flavor boost: Add tamarind chutney, green chutney, and lemon juice.
- Mix well: Toss everything quickly so the puffed rice stays crisp.
- Garnish: Top with extra sev and coriander leaves. Serve immediately for maximum crunch.

- Sprinkle anardana powder for a fruity kick.
