Ingredients
1/2 cup All purpose flour/ Maida
1/2 teaspoon yeast
water
Salt to taste
Oil
2 small size Mashed potatoes
2 boiled shredded egg
pinch of chilly powder
pinch of pepper
pinch of chat masala/any garam masala you like

Preparation Method
- Take a bowl and mix all purpose flour, yeast, half teaspoon oil and water.
- Knead it to a dough and keep it aside for few minutes
- For stuffing- just mix mashed potatoes, shredded eggs, salt and rest of the masala
- Now take your dough and divide it into 6-8 equal parts or depending on the size of the bun you want. dont forget that the bun will rise almost double the size after baking.
- In a lightly clean floured surface take one portion of the dough and roll in a 4-5 inch disc. Place about 1 tablespoon of stuffing in the center and bring the edges to seal. Repeat with all the dough.
- Preheat oven and bake at 180 C fan forced for 15 minutes
- brush some butter and serve warm
