1. Prep the Veggie Mix
- In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, grated carrots, spring onions, chopped onion, and garlic.
- Add salt, pepper, paprika, and cornstarch. Mix well.

2. Shape the Balls
- Grease your palms and roll the mixture into small balls (ping-pong size).
