- Macaroni Pasta – 1.5 cups, boiled
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Garlic – 1 tsp, chopped
- Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- Tomato – ½ medium, diced
- Carrot – ½ cup, diced

- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup – 2–3 tbsp
- Pasta & Pizza Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Pasta Masala or Maggi Masala – 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves – chopped, for garnish

1. Prep the Pasta
- Boil macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside with a drizzle of oil to prevent sticking.
2. Sauté the Base
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
- Add chopped garlic and sauté until golden.
- Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.
3. Add Veggies
- Toss in diced carrots and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and capsicum. Sauté until soft but still vibrant.

- Add salt and red chilli powder. Mix well.
- Stir in tomato ketchup and pasta/pizza sauce. Cook for 1–2 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
5. Flavor Boost
- Sprinkle in pasta masala or Maggi masala. Mix thoroughly.
- Add boiled macaroni and toss until evenly coated with masala.
6. Finish & Serve
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot as a spicy snack, tiffin treat, or fusion dinner.
