2 cups Wheat Flour
Water as required
- Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough
- Leave it for atleast 30 minutes.
- Now roll the dough into a chapati/roti
- Heat tawa and place your chapati on it.
- Cook both the sides. If your dough is rolled well, your chapattis will puff up well.
- Serve hot with gravy, cury or any sabzi
