Ingredients:
1 Carrot
Few broccoli florets
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion (Optional)
Fresh green beans
Dressing of your choice (I used Cole slaw dressing)
Salt and pepper for seasoning
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
Preparation Method:
- Saute broccoli and green beans in olive oil until they are slightly cooked
- Take a bowl with chopped lettuce, broccoli, chopped carrot, green beans, chopped tomato and onion
- Now add salt and pepper as per your taste and add salad dressing
- Serve fresh
