4 Boiled Hen Eggs
2 Medium size onions
1 tomato
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1teaspoon turmeric
1teaspoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
½ tablespoon garam masala
Salt to taste
1 cube butter
2-3 tablespoon Oil
½ cup water
Preparation Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Now add chopped onions and sauté till golden brown
- Once onions are done add ginger garlic paste and cook for a min and add chopped tomatoes
- Everything should be nicely cooked into a paste.
- Now add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder and salt, mix well
- Add water to make it into a curry and cook for 5-8mins
- Add boiled eggs:
- You can add simple boiled eggs or
- Just shallow fry it in oil with a small cut inbetween and add it to the curry.
- Sprinkle some garam masala and 1 cube butter
- Serve it with roti, chapattis or rice
