Egg Curry




Ingredients:
2 Medium size onions
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1teaspoon turmeric
1teaspoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
½ tablespoon garam masala
Salt to taste
2-3 tablespoon Oil
½ cup water

Preparation Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Now add chopped onions and sauté till golden brown 
  • Once onions are done add ginger garlic paste and cook for a min and add chopped tomatoes 
  • Everything should be nicely cooked into a paste. 
  • Now add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder and salt, mix well.
  • Add water to make it into a curry and cook for 5-8mins.
  • Add boiled eggs:  
    1. You can add simple boiled eggs or 
    2. Just shallow fry it in oil with a small cut in between and add it to the curry.
  •  Sprinkle some garam masala and 1 cube butter.
  •  Serve it with roti, chapattis or rice.
