Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of green beans, chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 small potatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2-3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they start to splutter, add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Stir well to coat the onions with spices.
- Add the chopped potatoes and green beans, mixing everything thoroughly.
