Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced stir-fried chicken, onions, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss everything gently to mix.
In a separate small bowl, combine the hot chili sauce with a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until well blended.
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the chili sauce evenly across the tortilla. Spoon a portion of the chicken and veggie mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, ensuring the filling stays inside.
