Hi Sabby-Did you know that black eye peas are good luck for the New Year? They look so tempting, and yummy, I want to make these!

We made lentils for New Year's Day to go along as a side dish, and good luck with the other dishes.
Thank you for your friendship in the past year. Looking forward to staying good friends with you in 2011.

Happy New Year, my dear friend!
Hugs, and kisses!

I love the sound of these, they sound fantastic!! The spices sound great together. We love making different types of patties for sandwiches so we'll have to try yours.
